The short of this is that all sales are final
without exception. When a purchase is made from this website, Alan
Peel Enterprises considers all sales are considered to be binding and
final. This is the policy because we have several different
suppliers and all of them have different rules regarding refunds.
Any item that is damaged in transit is the responsibility of the
shipper, not Alan Peel Enterprises. Should you receive any item
that is damaged when it arrives to you, contact the shipper. Their
return address should be on the mailing label.
If we send you the wrong shipment, contact us and we will send the
correct items free of charge.
Alan Peel Enterprises will ensure shipment of purchased items as soon
as they are readily available. Should an item be unavailable at
the time of purchase, the buyer will be notified via e-mail of the
situation. As soon as the item is available, it will be shipped.
